A. Unlike many conventional swimming pools, Caribbean Eco Pools are self-contained units; so, you won’t need a separate pool-house on your property. We deliver your pool to you fully operational, so you don’t have a crew building a pool on your property for weeks. They’re also very portable, saving you the high cost of a brand-new pool the next time you move. All you need is a crane and a flat deck truck, and you’re good to go!

They can be installed above ground, in-ground, and everywhere in between, making them much more versatile than a traditional pool. Another versatility layer is the style aesthetics that can be suited for any house, business, or condo style.

And finally, with above-ground or sloped installations, you can have windows for underwater viewing! This is one of our wow factors that our clients absolutely love about our pools. It’s incredibly unique, and kids tend to absolutely love it.

A. Once you are ready to place your order, we will walk you through the steps to finalize your pool package, including length, equipment, color, and shipping costs. We will ensure your Caribbean Eco Pools configuration fits perfectly with the location and placement at your home or business.

We require a 30% deposit, along with your signed contract; this will secure your spot in the design process. After receiving your deposit, we get to work on your design with dimensions for your approval. Once you have approved the design, we require 30% payment to begin your pool's production. Throughout the production process, we send you images of your pool's construction and updates to keep you in the loop. Before delivery, the pool's installation site will need to be prepared. Depending on your pool's final placement, the cement base must be formed at least a week before the pool's delivery date.

Once your Caribbean Eco Pool is complete, we require the remaining 40% to be paid 10 days before shipment. We will then deliver your pool and put it in place, fill it with water, test the pH balance levels, and then you are all set to take your first plunge!

A. A standard Caribbean Eco Pool can take 6-8 weeks to produce. Depending on how many are ahead of your order, this timeframe could be longer. You will be provided with a timeline once you have chosen your model and additional options.

A. It's a relatively simple installation, given that Caribbean Eco Pools arrive fully built, with a built-in mechanical area. Every install is unique in location and position, so the manufacturing time can vary. So long as all the preparation is as advised done beforehand, then the install can be very quick. Then all that is left to do is just fill with water, plug it in and enjoy.

A. Your pool will be delivered on a flatbed truck to your location. From there, we hire a local crane contractor to transfer the pool onto your previously prepared allocated installation site. We can install Caribbean Eco Pools on ground and rooftops. Depending on the height and drop location; the amount of time necessary will vary.

We then prepare and set up the pool. We will consult and explain your new pools operation and simple mechanics. Then you can just fill it with water, plug it in and enjoy.r

A. The windows are made of high-quality, 1” thick acrylic. This means they are much more impact and scratch resistant than a standard glass window. Acrylic is also very strong, and engineered to withstand the water’s weight when your Caribbean Eco Pool is filled.

You don’t have to worry about your acrylic window yellowing in the sun, as they are coated with UV protection.

This is an excellent add-on option, and because of the extensive workmanship, it is not inexpensive, and it is an option that many of our customers enjoy.

A. A Caribbean Eco Pool's warranty is for the first year after purchase. It covers all manufacturer defects or problems. The pool mechanics (pump, filtration system) warranty is covered by the original equipment manufacturer. Our pool equipment manufacturer has local representatives available for service and maintenance. Should any issue arise, we can help you troubleshoot, diagnose the concern, and connect you to the equipment manufacturer. We also service what we sell. Our technicians can resolve any issues, either by phone or provide to you on-site repair on any manufacturer defect.
